If you are not ready to do standing exercises then doing a Chair Active Rehabilitation class would be great for you. It’s a fun class that is designed to improve balance, strength and flexibility with simple and effective movements.

What Is Chair Active Rehabilitation?

A class designed to support those that have lost fitness, either through poor health or injury, perhaps post a hospital stay or surgery. We are all getting a little older but our health is something we need to work at.

As the name suggests, this is a chair based class with fun and laughter built in. You will be moving and shaking with those who like to enjoy life and chat at the same time.

We aim create a healthy lifestyle and encourage life extending habits. Allowing you to exercise together with others that understand your thoughts and worries. We will ensure a qualified instructor is always on hand to help supervise and assist with your exercise and too encourage, motivate and answer your questions.

A Fun Class With Laughter Built In.

Believe it or not you can actually strengthen both your upper body and lower body by doing chair active classes. A chair is also supplied for this activity.

What Should I Wear?

We recommend training shoes and some comfortable unrestricted clothing like jogging bottoms or shorts and a T-Shirt also please bring a drink of water. A chair is, of course supplied with this activity.


How Do I Join?

You are very welcome to come to class at anytime, our doors are always open. No need to book, just turn up. We will ask about your health (but just a little).
